Who We Are
An unplanned pregnancy can be deeply unsettling. Our compassionate team works to create a safe and confidential place for you to be supported as you consider your pregnancy options. You deserve to know the facts, and to have the necessary resources to make an informed choice. We care.
Serving women and families of the Copper Country since 1981, the Life Outreach Centers are now launching medical services. Limited ultrasounds are provided under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician to confirm pregnancy. For more information, please contact our Hancock office.

Is there a charge for your services?
No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No. An appointment can make things easier and quicker for you, but you are not required to schedule an appointment before visiting us. You can stop by during any of our normal open hours and we will be glad to serve you.
How do I know if I'm pregnant?
If you think you might be pregnant, it's important to be sure. We can help you find out by providing you with a free pregnancy test and, in some cases, a limited ultrasound. Contact us to learn more.
I'm pregnant or my girlfriend is pregnant. What are my options?

Our Mission
The Life Outreach Center of Houghton County is a faith-based pregnancy center dedicated to serving women and families facing an unexpected pregnancy. We provide life-affirming medical services, compassionate peer counseling, parenting education and resources. All our services are free and confidential. We are a safe place to talk.
